Dating Coaching:

  • Relationship Readiness: Workout Within offers individual therapy to help navigate all aspects of your love life because, let’s face it, many times we are not taught or born with the skills or finesse. Identifying our pitfalls, choosing better partners, and becoming ready ourselves are often times half the battle. The best relationships result from you being whole, self-loving, and confident. Relationship Readiness combines your history, attachment style, social psychology, behaviorism, and the art of attraction to refine your relationship toolkit. This service is best-suited for individuals who are single.
  • Partnership Prep: Sometimes we find ourselves already in a relationship and wondering if our trauma or “stuff” is getting in the way. Many individuals have not been taught the necessary skills to have a healthy and happy relationship, skills such as adaptive communication, conflict resolution, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and insight. We could all use a little unbiased feedback in these areas, especially in the relationship that we have already invested our time, emotions, and resources into. Enter Partnership Prep, which is best suited for those who are dating, or are in a relationship or “situationship.”

    Group Therapy: 12 session, 75 minute structured groups ($100/person, per session)


  • Stop, Drop and Grow: From an early age we are taught that if we happen to get caught on fire we have to stop, drop and roll. When we are burning out we do the opposite. We are on fire, in pain, exhausted from the constant combustion of our energies and we continue to run around and push through even though we are leaving a trail of smoke and ash in our wake. This group is not about preventing burnout, you are already there. It is about developing an internal smoke alarm system that allows you to notice that you are burning and what to do about it. The group will teach you to STOP pushing through and listen to the smoke signals. It will teach you how to DROP ineffective thoughts and behaviors that keep giving your internal fire oxygen that lead you to continue burnout. Finally, the group will teach you to GROW and discover what you value and how to lead a more authentic and meaning driven life and be more aware if you start smelling smoke again.
